Creating visualizations to compare levels of DE and DP

I want to create multiple visualizations that allow me to compare the levels of DE and DP for individual species. Specifically I want to see which species have the highest and the lowest levels and if they are actually species that can be consumed by the sheep (not Lupinus or Artemisia spp).I would also like to compare how invasive/ non native species compare to native species. Specifically focusing on grasses.

I will be using quality and biomass data from my sampled vegetation data in the John Day, Oregon to help visualize how forage quality changes throughout my study area over time.
